As most of you may already know, on the 2 Sept 1998, Malaysia Deputy Prime Minister Dato Anwar Ibrahim was removed from his position and all government posts. Our Currency RM is now pegged at 1 USD to RM 3.80 and has been trading within that range. The current situation in Malaysia is calm particularly in Kuala Lumpur. The Government has indicated this political crisis is being resolved in accordance to Malaysian Practises and in NO way will affect the Games. We look forward to your presence in Malaysia in the spirit of the Commonwealth Games. If you have further questions pls email me.

We are playing host to all Commonwealth nations on the Internet. (Please Note. This Program is now Closed. We thank all those who have participated and wish you a pleasant stay in Malaysia)
We provide free advice on Kuala Lumpur and help you to get around our city through this web site. We hope to be able to bring Malaysians' hospitality to the World and being your Host on the Internet. If you are coming to Malaysia, give us an EMAIL, we can help by making arrangements for your stay, travel, business and food while enjoying Malaysian hospitality. We have volunteers to help answer your inquires and to guide you around our cities. To help us better, we do need your particulars. If for some reason you decided not to come, you can still follow the Commonwealth Game on this site.
